All Inclusive Basic

Deposit $500 - This payment serves to hold the venue for the specified date and is due at the time of date confirmation. Deposit is separate from your rental package of choice.
This deposit will hold also as a security deposit in the event any damages occur
to the property the amount of any damages will be deducted from this deposit and the balance returned back to the CLIENT

All Inclusive Basic $6500 :
Complete Setup ready for you and your guests. Comes with day of staff for easy transitions and trash control.
Wedding planner - You will be able to openly discuss and chat with our wedding planner. She will organize all ideas and vision boards for your big day. This will allow for flawless set-up on the big day! *Note: this is not the same as a wedding coordinator and she will not be handling ceremony coordination (walk timing etc)

Rehearsal with Dinner:
Gather your wedding party and spend the afternoon/day rehearsing and coordinating your day of walk and placements. This is done 24-48 prior to the wedding date.
Rehearsal will allow a full day to coordinate the wedding party and music for ceremony, make any reasonable last minute changes to set up, and open the doors to any vendors added for the reception to prepare for a flawless wedding day setup.
Mock Setup of Wedding Ceremony - Mock setup will include placement of arch, aisle, guest seating etc to give you and your party a visual of how your big day will look.
Dinner is served! Rehearsal dinner will be included for you and your guests (up to 25; $10 each additional) Choose between a self served buffet style menu or a beautiful grazing table.
Wedding Day:

Pre- Ceremony Set-Up:
On your wedding day the bar area will be transformed into a Brides suit. Curtains will close off visibility to the outside, allowing any last minute wardrobe changes or makeup touch ups. This is a great time to have wine or mimosas with your girls before you walk down the aisle.
The game room will be transformed into the groom's suit. Equipped with a pool table and darts to help the guys get the last minute jitters out the way!
These areas will give a great place to start the walk down the aisle.

During the Ceremony:
Our staff will transform the bride/groom suits back into their intended used areas.
Reception:
All couples are different on how they want to celebrate being newlyweds and we are here for it! These set-ups will be included in the package and additional options and changes are available.

Gift Table:
8ft long solid wood top bar sitting on top of 2 banded wine barrels, decor and signage. Placed close to the guest entrance
3 - 8 ft long solid wood bar top sitting on top of 2 banded wine barrels. These can be used for sweets tables, food, or as a full service bar. Comes with risers, tier stands, and decor to match the usage.

Stationary Picture Backdrop - Lighted backdrop coordinated to the wedding colors and props such as wagon wheels, hay bails, greenery, barrels and/or more.
Seating - Chairs or hay bales as ceremony seating provided. (decorated of course)
Formal table set-up around pool deck. This will include tables with linens (within color options or welcome to bring your own) and chairs for wedding guests.

Bartending Services - *prices vary on which bartender and services you choose
This requires bottle check in on rehearsal day for open bar. Cash bar is also available within a 2 weeks notice.

Dinner Menu - *prices and menus are available upon request
Staff will serve each guest with the 3 course meal chosen or you can choose buffet/self serve style dining.

Margarita Machines $125/ea - Machine setup along with bar equipment needed for salt rimming and fruit trays.

DIY Wedding Set-up: $4200
This package will allow for a complete DIY wedding experience. You will have full access to the decor closet in case any props or table decorations are needed.
Rental will include 3 full days of property rental to be able to set up and take down around your big day.

Stationary Backdrop - $200 Lighted backdrop matching theme and colors of event. Prop options included

Sweet Bar Set-Up - $200 Barrel Table with risers, tier stands, and decor to match the theme of the event. (this option does not include the sweets, separate quote for sweets needed) Grazing Table - $200 Barrel table with risers, tier stands, and decor to match the theme of the event. (quote for catering options separately)

Gift Table Set-Up - $200 Barrel Table w/ suspended rustic wooden picture or banner hanger that lights up, white bird cage for card holder, & gifts and cards sign.

Laser Light Dance Floor & Dance Disco Light - $20 Laser light show and disco light added to your dance floor area of choice.

Popcorn Machine - $45 Includes kernels and oil for 2 batches of popcorn (30 servings)

Selfie Station Set-Up - $50 Isolated area with backdrop and props. Selfie stick and phone stand ready for the perfect selfie on your own device

Margarita Machine - $125 Double self standing freeze machine w/ choice of 2 flavors. Does not include alcohol, each flavor suggests 1.75L of choice alcohol. (on site rental)

Moonwalk/Bounce House - $100-$250 Availability check required. Different styles & sizes available.
