Co-Host Services
Vacasa charges the cost for our services directly to the renters! Which means our services could potentially be not out of pocket to you, the homeowner.
Cleaning Fee
Vacasa charges renters $195 prices may vary depending on home and size of clean Cleaning Fee Bayou Babe invoices you $195
Cleaning Fee covers:
Pre Rental Inspection of Property - Give your guests the WOW Factor when they walk into the door! Home is set and ready for guests. Turn on porch lights/entrance lights, set AC to 72 for a comfortable atmosphere walking in, even add some mood music for that extra WOW!
Turn Over Clean - Our cleaning crew is dispatched for check out time. We inspect the home and belongings to ensure property is left in good standing. Maintenance tickets or guests issues will be handled internally with Vacasa (getting any photos or details needed for a claim). Home is then sanitized and prepped for the next guests. Home is left at eco friendly settings to help eliminate additional energy costs.
On-Call Co-Host - Your Co-Host is most important! Your Co-Host will treat your home as if it were their own. Ensuring guests enjoy their stay and maximize your properties ratings for increased rental income potential. Co-Host will contact the guest prior to check in and coordinate any local outings or dinner reservations. We build a relationship with local businesses in the area to be able to offer a wide range of activities and information to ensure guests have the vacation they were looking for at your property.

Monthly Deep Cleans: We keep your house maintained and unkept so you never have to worry with the headache of rental property maintenance.
On - Call Visits: If a solution can not be reached via phone call with the renters then a technician will make a visit to the property. Bayou Babe can even do the supply shopping for you! We would make an Amazon shopping list tailored to your property.
