Packages
Deposit - This payment serves to hold the rental for the specified date and is due at the time of date confirmation. Deposit is separate from your rental package of choice. This deposit will hold also as a security deposit in the event any damages occur to the property the amount of any damages will be deducted from this deposit and the balance returned back to the CLIENT. We will also hold a credit card on file for overnight stays and weekend retreats.
Hourly Party Rental - Up to 100 daytime guests. Host your next event in style. Accommodations include access to cooking equipment, full inside kitchen, additional table and chairs, use of paddle boats with signed waivers, sound system & so much more. You are responsible for vendor coordinating and clean-up after the event. All rental equipment from outside vendors must be picked up at the end of your event. We are not responsible for anything left overnight. Full
Day/Night Family Deal - Up to 100 daytime guests/10 sleepover guests. All inclusive full day rental with overnight stay for up to 10 guests. Check In 10am/ Check out 10am $500 each additional night rented This includes access to the house with a full kitchen. Additional folding tables and chairs for outside guest needs. Access to paddle boats with signed waivers. Please see the list of accommodations for all that's included.
Full Day Family Retreat - Up to 100 daytime guests. No sleep over. All inclusive full day rental for 12 hours.

Full Day Plus Package - (Guest Count Required) This is an addition to the Full Day Rental of over 100 guests. This package includes porta-lets to accommodate guest count as agreed upon by CLIENT. Security will be the responsibility of the CLIENT on a as needed basis. Alcohol is BYOB and safe practices are the responsibility of the CLIENT/HOST as according to any laws and regulations surrounding such. Full Day Plus will have additional access to accommodations such as but not limited to; folding tables, area seating, decorations, additional yard games such as corn hole, horse shoes, giant chess, and yard pong; trash can receptacles and staff to help maintain those.
Hassle Free Set-Up - This is an addition to the Day Rental Complete set-up and decorated with choice of theme and clean up with service staff. Formal Tables and linens. Centerpieces for a beautiful seating area. Lighted backdrop matching theme and colors of event. Sweet Bar Set-Up - Barrel Table with risers, tier stands, and decor to match the theme of the event. (this option does not include the sweets, separate quote for sweets needed)
Grazing Table - Barrel table with risers, tier stands, and decor to match the theme of the event. (quote for catering options separately)
Gift Table Set-Up - Barrel Table w/ suspended rustic wooden picture or banner hanger that lights up, white bird cage for card holder, & gifts and cards sign.
Popcorn Machine - Includes kernels and oil for 2 batches of popcorn (30 servings)
Selfie Station Set-Up - Isolated area with backdrop and props. Selfie stick and phone stand ready for the perfect selfie on your own device
Margarita Machine - Double self standing freeze machine w/ choice of 2 flavors. Does not include alcohol, each flavor suggests 1.75L of choice alcohol. (on site rental)
