Deposit - This payment serves to hold the venue for the specified date and is due at the time of date confirmation. This deposit will hold also as a security deposit in the event any damages occur to the property the amount of any damages will be deducted from this deposit and the balance returned back to the CLIENT. A cleaning fee is subject to be deducted after rental when additional cleaning is required.

Full Day Package - (12) Hour Rental can start as early as 9AM and as late as 2PM. This is a 12 hour rental. Rental times are decided at time of deposit. Up to 50 guest Rental accommodations included: Pool use with signed liability waiver; Game Room area w/ pool table, darts, & ring toss; plus free amenities listed

Half Day AM Package - (7) Hour Rental can start at 8am, 9am or 10am. Rental times are decided at time of deposit. Up to 50 guest Rental accommodations included: Pool use with signed liability waiver; Game Room area w/ pool table, darts, & ring toss; plus free amenities listed

Parties over 50 Guest - Requires quote so additional restrooms can accommodate (estimated between an additional $150-$900 depending on portable restroom of choice).

Popcorn Machine - Includes Kernels & Oil (4 set-ups) 10 cups of popped popcorn w/ each set-up

Tiki Bar Rental - Margarita Bar, Margarita Machine, Condiments Tray, Salt Rimmer, Sleeve of Cups. Included option of Melon, Pineapple, Strawberry, Mango, Peach Daiquiris; Lime, Pineapple, Strawberry, Mango Margaritas. (salt, & fruit not included)

Bartender -  hourly rate This is only required when open bar is requested

Security - quote upon request Security is only a monitor of events. They will be outside the venue gates making rare inside appearances as determined by the guard on duty. Hiring security does not shift liability; the host is still solely responsible for all guests and behavior.
